Yes, as a card pre-authorisation: nothing is charged. The link is sent to you two days before arrival, or at booking if you book later. The hold is released after you leave. It is €300 for the suites and cocoons, €1,500 for the Cocon d'Ava, €1,000 for Maison Archi and €3,000 for the whole Maison Büdda.
Check-in between 5 pm and 8 pm in all our places. Check-out before 11 am, and before 10 am at the Cocon de Lenny and the Cocon des Oiseaux, so we have time to clean the hot tub and bring it back to temperature for the next guests.
For a direct booking, the stay is fully refunded up to 14 days before arrival, 50% refunded between 14 and 7 days, and not refunded less than 7 days before. A change of dates is possible depending on availability. Full details are in our booking conditions. Read the conditions
It depends on the place. The Cocon d'Ava has its own private outdoor pool, unheated. The Cocon des Oiseaux and Maison Archi share an outdoor pool, heated from spring to autumn depending on the weather. Maison Büdda has an indoor pool, heated from about March to October: it is shared between the guests of the suites, and reserved for you if you book the whole house. The private hot tubs at Lenny and Oiseaux are open all year round, 24/7.
Pets are not allowed in any of our properties, except guide and assistance dogs.
Yes in the suites of Maison Büdda, at the Cocon de Lenny and at the Cocon des Oiseaux. At the Cocon d'Ava, Maison Archi and the Cocon de Suzy, they are optional: €15 per bed, towels included, to be requested before arrival.
At Maison Büdda, on request: homemade buffet served from 8 am to 10 am, €12 per adult and €8 per child under 8.
No. Our places are made for peace and quiet: parties, gatherings and outside visitors are not allowed. For a seminar, a retreat or a small celebration, Maison Büdda can be booked in its entirety on quotation.
In Conques-sur-Orbiel and Ventenac-Cabardès, two quiet villages 10 to 20 minutes from Carcassonne and its medieval Cité, at the foot of the Montagne Noire. Carcassonne train station and airport are about 15 minutes away by car. Parking is free everywhere, in front of the property or in the street.
It varies with the season and dates, often 2 nights. Each property's calendar shows it when you choose your dates.
