Because a team living under the same roof for two or three days talks differently. In a house booked just for you, there are no other guests and no anonymous corridors: conversations carry on over breakfast, by the pool or in the garden. It is the right format for leadership meetings, teams of 6 to 12 people and working retreats.

Maison Büdda is in Ventenac-Cabardès, a quiet village 15 minutes from Carcassonne. Carcassonne station and Carcassonne Sud de France airport are about 15 minutes away by car. Street parking is free.

To unwind, the house is enough: the pool, the garden, the lounge. For a team outing, the region has plenty to offer in every season.
- A visit to the medieval Cité of Carcassonne, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
- A walk or a boat trip on the Canal du Midi.
- A hike in the Montagne Noire or up to the castles of Lastours.
- A tasting at a Cabardès wine estate.
Retreats, birthdays and celebrations
The same format suits wellness retreats and courses, birthdays and small celebrations. Parties and large gatherings, however, are not possible: the house is made for peace and quiet.
